Return & Refund Policy – RB Global Online Store
1. Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
3. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging for a return to be accepted.
4. Customers must provide proof of delivery and a video of the package opening to initiate a return.
5. Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection.
6. If approved, a refund of 70% of the product price will be issued.
7. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
8. Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.
9. RB Global reserves the right to decline returns if the product does not meet the return conditions.
